Katy J. Perrin

Growing up, Katy was often found in her father & grandfather’s woodworking shops. Sharing in their passion for building, Katy obtained a BFA in Studio Arts at Augusta State University. Today, Katy serves as Co-Owner and Creative Operations Manager of Perrin Woodworking, Lowcountry based Custom Carpentry Studio. “Teaching has always been a passion of mine. The Workbench, founded in 2015, will allow us to share our love of woodworking & the arts with others”.

Dan A. Perrin, Jr
Co-FOUNDER/Woodworking Chair
Woodworking has always been a passion of Dan’s and after a three year apprenticeship, founded the Custom Carpentry Studio - Perrin Woodworking in 1999. Perrin continues to develop his craft, experimenting with new building techniques and materials, and is always looking for the next challenge to push his craft to new heights. Exploring the art of woodworking through teaching is a tremendous inspiration and honor to share with others.
